Important update about Zoho Campaigns' own SMS gateway

Hello all!

We want to inform you that we have encountered some technical issues with our in-house SMS gateway (US and Canada regions) due to which the SMS campaigns sent using our gateway are not functional. We are working diligently to resolve the matter and expect to have our SMS gateway fully operational on 20th Oct 2023.

Unfortunately, due to technical issues, we are unable to retain the long codes you've obtained through Zoho Campaigns. To address these technical challenges, we've been compelled to deactivate the long codes you've registered in Zoho Campaigns.

Once the issue is resolved, you can purchase the new long codes for sending SMS campaigns using our own SMS gateway. Please note that you can purchase the new long code without any additional charges as you will be using the same credits which you have already used for existing long code.

Zoho Campaigns mandates 10DLC registration - Users who intend to run SMS campaigns using our own SMS gateway in US must mandatorily register with a 10DLC brand and campaign. Please be aware that Zoho Campaigns will no longer provide support for SMS campaigns that are not registered with 10DLC after 20th October 2023. So we recommend you to register your brand and campaigns. Please refer to this article for more information.

Note : Concerning the cost of 10DLC Brand and/or Campaign registration - we will refund the SMS credits used for the 10DLC Brand and Campaign registration on October 20, 2023, back to your account. Please be informed that this is only for the users who have used our own SMS gateway to send SMS for US and Canada regions.

      • Tip of the week 15 - Add subscription-preferences option. Drive more engagement.

If crafting content for emails, getting creatives done, and running email campaigns is your love, then unsubscribes are the heartbreakers.  You can save your emails from being unsubscribed/trashed by adding a proper subscription-preferences option in your emails (works best at the time of signup). Giving subscribers the option to choose what they want to receive from you and decide how often (frequency of the emails) your emails should hit their inboxes will increase the reach of your campaigns manifolds.
