Improve your text entry field!

The notes entry field on a candidate page can only display 3 lines of text at a time. This is infuriating when recording longer interview notes and such. Also, we sorely miss the ability to format text - at least basic stuff like bold, italics, bulleted lists, numbered lists, etc. Also, please provide the option to edit/amend or at at least undo (like google mail) a saved entry. Because of your small text box there are often overlooked mistakes or redundancies in the text. These are obvious only after posting the note, at which time it's too late to edit. I draft my notes on a different program and paste it into zoho because using your notes entry field is a pain in the ass. While you're at it, please make this support text box (which i'm typing in right now) also BIGGER. Regards, An annoyed user
