Introducing the Integration of Zoho CRM and Bigin for a two-way data sync

Often times, your sales reps may not need a robust CRM and access to big functionalities. All they need is a simple application to keep track of the follow-ups activities, update details on deals and contacts, jot down notes and more like that. All the while you do want your business running on CRM and keep your data up-to-date for other processes to work efficiently.

To get this working, Bigin has a new functionality today - the integration with Zoho CRM. With this integration, you can synchronize all the new and modified records from CRM to Bigin and vice versa. It helps you keep your data up-to-date in both the applications. So while you continue to use Zoho CRM for all business processes, your sales teams can access Bigin to focus on their sales pipelines.

During the configuration, you will be required to select one CRM list view from each module to synchronize the data from it. For example the All Open Deals or the All Active Products list view in CRM. The standard fields will be mapped and you can additionally map the other custom fields. The following modules will be synchronized between your Bigin and Zoho CRM accounts:

Contacts & Companies
Contacts & Accounts
Deals & Products
Deals & Products
Activities
Activities
Notes
Notes

Ideally, you will add a user to both Bigin and CRM accounts so that after synchronization, the records are assigned to the same owner. If the user is not present in one of the applications, the new records that are synchronized will be assigned to the user who sets up the integration.
