Introducing Zoho Creator's 2025 Release Projection 2

Hello Creators!

I'm Prakash, from the Creator product management team, and today I'm delighted to unveil our next set of features as part of Release Projection 2 for 2025. 

With thoughtful analysis and planning, we've curated powerful new capabilities to help our customers stay ahead of evolving industry trends. But before we dive in, I'd also like to share that we're on track to deliver all the features announced in Release Projection 1 earlier this year!

The features we've released so far have been very well received, and the encouraging feedback from our customers has further strengthened our commitment to raising the bar with this next wave of updates.

What's coming next
A lot! Our focus areas for this release are artificial intelligence, the user interface, connectivity, and scalability.

With this in mind, we've carefully narrowed down the features to cover every corner of our platform—from cutting-edge AI capabilities to functional enhancements like portals, enterprise-grade features for security, and much more. This release projection is designed to bring value across the board.

Here's a quick glimpse of what's coming up:
  1. Zia task: Utilize this Deluge task to process prompts and return intelligent results using AI.
  2. Zoho LLM for Deluge code generation: Use Zoho's own in-house LLM to power Zia and generate smarter, context-aware scripts.
  3. Customizable UI components in pages: Build complex UI blocks with a drag-and-drop builder and embed them as snippets into your pages.
  4. Theme builder: The revamped Themes section will feature a modern gallery of new layouts, color schemes, and fonts.
  5. Refreshed mobile UI: We'll be adding a refreshing new look to your mobile apps to provide a more polished experience.
  6. Payload encryption: Establish end-to-end encryption for enhanced compliance and security.
  7. Invoke action Deluge tasks: Prebuilt API actions will provide for easier third-party and Zoho service integrations.
  8. Data bridge: Establish a secure connection between your on-premises data with Creator's cloud and exchange data.
  9. Custom domains for your organization: Map Creator apps under your own branded domain, just like you can do with portals now.
  10. Custom SMTP & revamped email management: We'll be rolling out a full revamp of how Creator handles transactional emails, bringing support for options like ZeptoMail and custom SMTP.
  11. Asynchronous data export: Creator will soon support asynchronous background processing of exports while handling large data sets.
  12. Zoho environment variable: This is a Deluge variable that returns the current environment.

What's more, we've planned a few surprises that will be revealed as the journey unfolds, so stay tuned!
