Just installed latest version 1.9.10 (7/27/2018)
Im beginning to realize that this software is not ready for serious business use.
Immediately after I installed it, now it does not let me point to any other location for the ZohoDocs folder different from C:/users/username/ZohoDocs. I tried all I could think of. The software will not even uninstall now. Going to Apps, and clicking on UNINSTALL for Zoho Docs gives me an error saying that there is no uninstall application associated with ZohoDocs.
I bet Im not the only one having this problem. I was hoping to really move all our files to ZohoDocs. What a complete waste of time would be if this doesnt get resolved quickly.

Introducing True Syncing of Read-only Folders - Zoho Docs Sync
Some files are to be read, others to be edited, and some few to be scrutinized and reviewed. The permissions you grant while you share a file decide the level of activity a user can do on your file.
