Latest Updates in Zoho Meeting | Introducing Whiteboard and Polls

Meetings
  • Polls in online meetings: You can now create and launch live polls in online meetings to let participants voice their opinions on a subject. Learn more
  • Assign co-host and leave: If there is only one host in a meeting, they will now have the option to assign a co-host and leave the meeting if necessary.
  • Enhanced zoom-in for screen sharing: We have changed the zoom percentage from 25% to 10% so you can zoom in more closely to your screen while screen sharing.
 
Webinars
  • Data clean-up setting: Admins can automate the deletion of old data including session reports, recording, and activity logs using this new option found under Privacy settings.
  • Filters for virtual backgrounds: You can now add filters for virtual backgrounds during webinars.
 
Mobile apps
  • We have made some security updates in our mobile apps. Users are requested to update to the latest version available in the App Store and Google Play. App versions older than 1.4.5 on iOS and 2.2.1 on Android will stop functioning soon.
  • We have also performed some crash and bug fixes.
 
Bug fix
In some recurring meetings that were locked, the host was unable to view notifications from users who sent requests to enter the meeting. This issue has been fixed.
