I would like to propose the lead distribution functionality to the sales team in a Round Robin model. The idea is to allow a sales team to receive their leads in order of entry for each salesperson.
I understand that Bigin's automations are simpler than other platforms and I think they should continue to do so. But a simple adjustment can allow leads to be distributed to predefined users in a given profile.
In this case the process would be:
1. Create a new user profile and associate salespeople with this profile.
3. Create a new workflow and define a condition (field "city" = "NY")
5. Define a new task where, when defining a lead owner, it would be assigned to the profile previously defined.
6. So users of this profile would receive the leads in a sequential distribution queue model.
Today we receive approximately 200 daily contacts from our campaigns and we have to distribute each lead manually to our team. Even if the number of leads was smaller, we would still have to have an employee dedicated to this process.
