Hi I posted this request for help in the forums and haven't received any responses -- so either I'm asking the impossible - or I've managed to confuse anyone. https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/combining-fields We are a not for profit club so budget is very tight - but if someone would like to give me a quote for doing this for us - that would be appreciated. My guess is someone who actually understands Zoho and scripting would probably do it in a few hours. Thanks Shelley
