Les vues personnalisées dans Zoho Projects



La personnalisation de votre projet le rend unique et vous aide à mettre en œuvre votre propre perspective. Au-delà des vues prédéfinies, vous pouvez désormais créer vos propres vues personnalisées pour les projets, les tâches et les problèmes, selon vos préférences.

Les vues personnalisées au niveau des projets

La vue de la liste des projets donne un aperçu rapide de tous les projets desquels vous faites partie. Les utilisateurs peuvent voir le statut du projet, le nombre de tâches réalisées, la date de début et de fin, les coûts prévus et réels, les détails du budget et les autres informations que vous aurez définies. Les champs affichés peuvent être personnalisés ; vous pouvez même désactiver des champs.


Depuis cette vue vous pouvez créer un nouveau projet, modifier ou même supprimer un projet existant.



Les vues personnalisées au niveau des tâches

La vue personnalisée des tâches est une option permettant de personnaliser et de filtrer vos tâches en fonction de critères spécifiques. Par exemple, si un employé est affecté au département marketing, il peut personnaliser sa vue pour voir toutes les tâches spécifiques à son département.

Créer une vue personnalisée

  • Depuis l'onglet "Vue d’ensemble du travail ", sélectionnez l'onglet "Tâches". Vérifiez que vous êtes dans la vue classique ou normale.
  • Cliquez sur le menu déroulant des vues, puis sur "+ Créer une vue personnalisée".
  • Définissez les critères de cette vue. Ajoutez des critères supplémentaires si nécessaire.
  • Saisissez le nom et la description de la vue personnalisée.
  • Définissez également d'autres paramètres tels que "Partager la vue" et "Accessibilité" et enregistrez.

Personnaliser des colonnes de tâches

  • Sélectionnez un projet. Cliquez sur l'onglet "Tâches". Assurez-vous que vous êtes dans la vue "Classique" ou "Normale".
  • Cliquez l'icône "Personnaliser colonne".
  • En dessous de l'onglet "Champs", activez ou désactivez les champs.

  • En dessous de l'onglet "Affichage", personnalisez la vue selon les choix disponibles et enregistrez.
Les affichages disponibles sont;
  • Affichage par défaut - affiche plus d'informations dans les champs.
  • Affichage compact - masque l'excès d'informations et affiche plus de tâches à l'écran.
  • Réduire les sous-tâches - masque toutes les sous-tâches affichées dans toutes les vues.


Les vues personnalisées au niveau des problèmes

Les vues personnalisées affichent les problèmes qui correspondent aux critères spécifiques que vous avez définis. Cela vous aide à consulter les problèmes les plus pertinents.
Pour créer une vue personnalisée, vous pouvez suivre les mêmes étapes que celles indiquées ci-dessus sous l'onglet " Problèmes " d'un projet précis.
