Mail items in Zoho mail subfolders do not appear in Outlook 2013 subfolders
A large group of us are using Outlook 2013 64-bit as a mail client in our offices.
We have switched to Zoho Mail from our previous vendor, and we are having some challenges using IMAP and Outlook 2013.
Most noticeable issue, is that emails moved to folders either manually via the Zoho Mail Web Portal, or automatically via Zoho Mail Filters, to subfolders, do not seem to appear in the Outlook 2013 client.
Here's a screenshot of an example from the Zoho Web Portal that is occurring at exactly this moment in time:
Compared to the Outlook 2013 client:
As you can see, there are 5 messages in Zoho WebMail, and only 2 in the Outlook 2013.
In some cases there are sometimes several emails in Zoho WebMail, and ZERO (0) emails in the Outlook 2013.
Email received simply in the Inbox are always synchronized, but that defeats the purpose of using folders with Zoho WebMail, as some of us receive hundreds of emails a day.

_Shawn " in Zoho WebMail. This subfolder was created via the Zoho Mail Web Interface. This folder NEVER gets listed inside Outlook 2013.
Can anyone let us know as a company how to setup folders within Zoho, so that they are seamless and updated in near real-time with Outlook 2013 64-bit?
We did not have these IMAP issues with previous corporate email provider.
