I'm slightly confused about Candidate Stages in Zoho Recruit, specifically a couple of stages seem very stubborn to either get into or get out.
It states
>In Review: When you establish
connection with a candidate via email, SMS, or an assessment--without a
job opening association--they will be In Review.
I don't want to send an SMS.
I *could* create some sort of dummy assessment just to move this candidate into this status, but otherwise... I'll never be able to move this candidate here.
Am I wrong in what I'm thinking here? Essentially without sending an email from the Zoho Recruit system, this status is pointless for me?

The next status I'm confused about is Rejected. The documentation states :

Rejected: When you move an application to one of the Rejected statuses in the Hiring Pipeline, the candidate will move to Rejected. Click here to know more.
Just because a candidate was rejected for a particular role (For any number of reasons), I want to get them back to "Available". But this seems *impossible*. The only way people can be moved back to Available is if I simply don't update their status at all and move another candidate to hired.
>Available: When a job opening
is filled, other candidates who are neither Hired nor Rejected will
move to this stage. You can later associate them with any other job.
I think overall, not being able to manually move candidates within stages of a pipeline if required to seems really difficult and arbitrary.
