Option to start the whatsapp conversation with a lead or deal from within crm
Currently in zoho crm there is no option to start a conversation with a lead. However we can send templates to contacts or leads in Zoho CRM through approved templates using workflows. But Users are not permitted to initiate conversations with leads or contacts through WhatsApp.
