PDF File Name Errors
Hello and thank you in advance for any assistance
I am trying to edit the PDF file name that is attached to an email recipient. I believe I have it configured correctly. I will explain below and show some screenshots:
- When the PDF is uploaded to my Google Drive, the file name is correct. File name is: “Static Form Name”_UniqueID_Radio1_Date_Time
- When the PDF is attached to an email, the email subject line is correct. Subject Line is “Static Form Name”_UniqueID_Radio1_Date_Time
- When the PDF is attached to an email, the PDF file name adds an extra Dropdown field from the form to the end of the file name. File name is supposed to be “Static Form Name”_UniqueID_Radio1_Date_Time
Settings / Manage Form Attachments = CORRECT
Ends with Date_Time
Output to uploaded form to Google Drive = CORRECT
Ends with Date_Time
Settings / Email Notification = CORRECT
Ends with Date/Time
Output when attached to an email = INCORRECT
Subject Line is correct.
PDF File name adds an extra form field ID to the end.
