Please Allow CUSTOM SUBSCRIPTION FIELDS as PLACEHOLDERS in EMAILS

I have customized the email notification that is automatically sent to my customers when they enter into a new subscription. However, the placeholders available for customizing the content of the email are too limited for my customers' needs.

I just received an email from a customer asking questions about their newly created subscription. Here is their question:

"Hello, I just purchased a subscription on your website and received an email confirming the subscription. However, the email just indicates the amount to be paid monthly but does not confirm details of the subscription, such as the name of the person this subscription is for and when it will be delivered. Is it possible to receive a more detailed summary of the rental?"

I apologized and told the customer that I would "bring this up with our developers". And this is how they replied:

"Tell your developers that I've purchased subscriptions at other places and they provided more information in the confirmation."

I'm embarrassed that Zoho Subscriptions cannot offer the same level of customer service as my competitors' subscription management softwares. CAN YOU PLEASE ALLOW US TO USE CUSTOM FIELDS IN OUR SUBSCRIPTION-RELATED EMAILS?
