The Channels app in Zoho Connect helps you easily access your Zoho Cliq conversations.
Recently, we made some changes to the way data is exchanged between Zoho Cliq and Zoho Connect.
If you are using the Channels app, please disable and re-enable it by 29th February 2024. Otherwise, conversations via the Channels app in Zoho Connect will be interrupted (you'll still be able to manually re-enable it if this occurs). Please note, you should have admin access to Zoho Connect and Zoho Cliq to enable Channels.
