Require Specific DKIM and SPF Settings to Enable Zoho Calendar Invites to Get Past Spam Filters
Hi there,
My organization has also had issue with passing DMARC when sending calendar invites from our domain name (which is already on-boarded to Zoho email) to Gmail recipients. The invites go directly to Spam.
This has been an issue that has plagued us for over 2 years. We require the correct DKIM and SPF settings that apply for Zoho Calendar invites. The Zoho on-boarding steps verify that we own our domain name and have settings for Zoho Email, but nothing is mentioned about Zoho Calendar settings.
At this point, my organization needs to evaluate alternatives to Zoho products if this long running issue is not addressed.
