Skype Click to Call Functionality

I know that there has been discussion about Skype integration with Zoho and want to add a couple additional considerations to the development and enhancement of the application.
  1. Setting the Country Code should be a default in the Organization Settings of Zoho CRM.  This would simply be an addition of one field that could be customized for each user, and could easily be concatenated with the phone number of the Lead/Contact. 
  2. If #1 is not an option, then set up the Country of the Lead/Contact as a combo box to select the appropriate one from the list and use that as a means of concatenating the Country Code with the Phone number.
  3. When a phone number is clicked to call - regardless of whether it's using Skype or a PBX and Phone Bridge - the Add a Call Dialog should appear.  I promise that other Zoho CRM users are feeling that they're being up-sold to purchase Phone Bridge, when this should simply work with any softphone available, from Skype to Google Talk or whatever.
These changes are not ridiculously complicated to make.  More importantly, we've already selected the tool because of all of the other things that it does well.  Please enhance the functionality - without trying to nickel and dime another $3 per month - so that your users will praise your product to everyone else they know.
