Why take your laptop to the podium when you can deliver your trainings right from your mobile device? Shifting the spotlight on ShowTime's Presenter app for mobile, we'll be highlighting various interesting and useful features of the app that can make your training experience much more exciting! 


 
ShowTime's Presenter app has been specifically designed to create a seamless training experience for a live audience seated inside an auditorium or a classroom. The online training app enables you to deliver and control all aspects of your presentation right from your mobile while giving you the ability to move freely among the audience. 
 
All you need to do is install the Presenter app—available on Android or iOS devices—and log in with your ShowTime credentials to see the list of presentations available in your account. From here, select the slide deck you want to launch on the projector screen in your conference hall and start controlling your slides from your palm. 
 
Your audience can now connect to your session either by using ShowTime's Viewer app or by visiting attend.zoho.com on a web browser and typing the join key.

Keep track of speaking points using slide notes

As soon as you launch a training, the entire slide deck will be available for you right in the app to be shared during the session. Slide notes help presenters recall important points like key messages or statistics as they give a presentation. ShowTime's Presenter app has all the slide notes for your respective presentations loaded and ready for you right in your smartphone. This helps you add more nuanced information to your sessions so your audience can fully absorb your message effectively.


 
Gauge your audience's engagement level 

ShowTime's engagement meters tell you the current number of members present for a session. With the engagement meter's help, you can gauge the interest levels of the audience and work on content delivery, interactive engagement, and time management to reduce attrition.  


 
Answer participant's questions in real time

Gather feedback and questions about your session faster, without a delay. The Presenter app lets your audience post questions or doubts in real time as you present. Once a session ends, you can choose to project these questions to everyone on the big screen and start addressing them based upon their order of importance.

Polls help you evaluate a trainee's knowledge and understanding so you can periodically modify the approach or course of the training if needed.
