Suggestions for improvement

My Business has recently used Zoho Invoices to invoice all our customers. But as much as we love this platform there is little to no room for customizability. I would love to see some of these listed suggestions added to this platform to improve its efficiency.

  • Invoice status
    • Add the ability to input custom status.
      • The only ones available are paid, Sent, Void, Write Off. I would love the ability to add custom ones as I please.
  •   Invoice Templates
    • Improve the customizability of the current templates.
      • Adjust the size of logs, space between each item line and location of items like address and signature.
  • Integration with Square
    • Add the ability to pay and view Zoho invoices from a POS square device.
I hope you take my suggestion into consideration.
