This month, we've come up with some useful updates to enhance your journey with Zoho Social. Let's see what went live!
Schedule bulk posts to supported networks from the revamped UI
The bulk schedule feature in Zoho Social just got a revamp. Now you can schedule your posts in bulk to all of the networks supported by Zoho Social. Choose from a wider range of publishing options with a few easy steps. Upload a CSV, XLS, or XLSX file to the upload window. Then, choose a date and time format to match the document and select channels to schedule the posts on. Add these channels to the file or select them directly from the drop-down. Use toggles to shorten links automatically or send the posts for approval.
Once formatted, the file is reviewed for scheduling. If there are any errors in the review, you can edit the individual post, move it to a draft, or even delete it directly without having to start the file all over again. When the files have been reviewed, you can add your bulk schedule plan and its content to your Zoho Social account and sit back while your publishing is taken care of.
Add longer posts to your X Premium accounts
If you've wanted to convey more than 280 characters to your X audience, then this update is for you! Zoho Social now supports up to 25,000 characters for X Premium account subscribers. With this extended support, you can get creative with your X posts and attract a bigger audience!
