  • Next Activity Date” field automation in Deals module for easy Activity-based management of Deals
    • “Next Activity Date” field added to Deals module
    • On Create, Update, or Delete of a Task, Event, or Call script is triggered
    • The script reads the “Open Activities” related list in the Deal, consolidates Task Due Date, Event Date, and Call Start Time (for scheduled Calls) into one list
    • The script identifies the soonest upcoming date and writes this “Next Activity Date” into the field in the Deal
    • The field can be used in Deals list view to sort Deals by soonest Next Activity
