Estou em busca de um sistema simples, prático e rápido!,sendo o seguinte caso:

Como possuimos um serviço de endereço fiscal, onde os clientes criam endereço fiscal conosco, ao longo do tempo 
nós recebemos cartas fiscais do cliente, e nisso acaba chegando muitas cartas e diante disso veio a nossa
necessidade de optar por um sistema: Help Desk / ServiceDesk / Gerenciamento de tickets ou outro.

O que nós queremos? o básico, o arroz com feijão sendo muito claro e objetivo:

Requisitos obrigatórios:

1- Tudo tem que ser feito a partir do Smartphone
2- Seja possível enviar mais de 1,2 fotos em anexo
3- Que de para enviar um texto pronto (A mensagem que enviaremos)
4- O ticket deve possuir um sistema de SLA para o cliente
5- Lembrete (Se o cliente não respondeu o e-mail, será enviado um e-mail.) / (Se ele respondeu, não chegará o e-mail)
6- Questão de categorização do e-mail.
7- O cliente precisa responder para nós (Apenas respostas fechadas) (Exemplo: Alternativa 1/2/3/4)
