Preventing multiple responses
When you run a survey, it's critical that your respondents take the survey only once for you to receive accurate results. You can easily prevent the same user from submitting multiple responses by setting certain restrictions on your survey.

There are four ways to do this in Zoho Survey:
  1. One response per email restricts multiple responses from a single respondent by generating a unique URL for every email address.
  2. One response per unique URL generates a unique URL for each respondent.
  3. One response per IP address restricts multiple responses from a single IP address.
  4. One response per device restricts multiple responses from a single device by using browser cookies.

With these options, you'll also have the liberty to permit or prevent respondents from updating their responses later. You can even set up a page with a custom message when your respondents try to access a survey they've already submitted.

Have you tried applying these settings to your surveys? Let us know in the comments.
