The quota feature in Zoho Survey helps in managing survey responses and gathering reliable insights. Learn how to get accurate and organized data from your survey using different types of quotas:
  1. Survey quotas can be used to limit the number of responses collected in a survey. For example, if you are interested in understanding the shopping habits of people in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and want only 1000 responses, you can set the survey quota limit to 1000.
  2. Collector quotas allow you to limit the number of responses gathered by a collector. For instance, you can create collectors for different social media handles like Facebook, Instagram, etc, and set specific quota limits for them. This is a great way to know how each social channel contributes to your survey and you can manage them individually.
  3. Conditional quotas allow you to create quotas with conditions to limit the number of responses in a survey. For example, you can store the responses of people aged 18-35 in a quota and the responses of people aged 36-60 in another quota.
