Tip#7 【Zoho CRM】詳細フィルターの条件を保存する

みなさん、こんにちは。
今回はシンプルながらも便利な、Zoho CRMの詳細フィルターに関するTipsです。

Zoho CRMをご利用の方は、設定した条件に基づいて簡単にデータを抽出できる詳細フィルターを活用している方も、多くいらっしゃるのではないでしょうか?
しかし、ときどき別の顧客データを確認してから元のビュー画面に戻ってくると、作成したフィルター条件が解除されており、全ての顧客データが表示されている…という経験はありませんか?

そんなときは、詳細フィルターの条件を保存しておくと便利です。
(詳細フィルター機能は無料プランから利用可能です。)

◎例えばこんなとき
セミナーで獲得した見込み客にフォローコールを行いたいとします。予め作成したカスタムビュー「セミナーで獲得した電話番号がある見込み客」の見込み客データを確認します。
※ビューの条件は以下の通り。
  • 「見込み客のデータ元」が「社内セミナー」と等しい
  • 「電話番号」が「空ではない」

更にこのビューにあるデータの中から、まだ他の営業メンバーがフォローを開始していない見込み客を優先的にフォローしたいとします。
まだ誰もフォローを開始していない見込み客のデータを、今回は詳細フィルターを使い、以下の条件で抽出します。
  • 営業フォローを行なった後、いつも活動を記載している「メモ」欄が、一週間更新されていない
  • 営業メンバーが登録した活動データがない

設定手順は以下の通りです。

「セミナーで獲得した電話番号がある見込み客」のカスタムビューを開く。


1. 左にあるアイコンをクリックして、フィルターを表示


2. フィルターから「メモ」と「活動」の項目を見つけて、チェックボックスをオン
3. 「活動」の中の「活動がない」をクリック、期間は「今日まで」を選択
4. 「メモ」の条件を「メモがない」をクリック、期間は「過去1週間」を選択
5. 「フィルターの適用」をクリック


6.「フィルターの適用」をクリックすると、フィルタリングされたレコードが表示されます。その後に「フィルターを保存」ボタンが表示されるので、クリック


7. フィルターの名前を入力して「保存」をクリック


8. 保存されたフィルターが、詳細フィルター上部に表示されます。
保存されたフィルターのデータを確認したい場合は、フィルター名をクリックするだけで、フィルタリングされたレコードが表示されます。



【フィルターに変更を加える方法】
・ 保存したフィルター条件の変更したい場合は、フィルターをクリックして変更を加え、「保存」をクリック
・ 「名前をつけて保存」(新規フィルターとして保存)か「保存」(上書き保存)のオプションが出てくるので、どちらかを選び保存


【名前の変更・削除方法】
・該当のフィルター横に表示されている三点リーダーをクリック
・変更・削除のオプションが表示されるので、選択


このように、よく利用する抽出データはカスタムビューを利用し、一時的に、また簡単にデータを抽出したい時はこの詳細フィルターを合わせてご利用いただくと便利です!
※各ビューごとに最大5つのフィルターの保存が可能です。
