Tip of the week #15: Add conferencing for events using Zoho Meeting.
In today's business world, remote work has become the norm. Many companies and organizations have decided to implement a hybrid (office + remote) working culture. This brings up the question of team meetings, which used to be held in conference rooms in offices. How will we collaborate with those who work remotely as well as those who work in traditional offices?
You can use Zoho Meeting to add conferencing for the events you create in Zoho Calendar, to help you interact and collaborate more efficiently even in this hybrid setup. Add conferencing using Zoho Meeting
When you create or edit an event in Zoho Calendar, you can use Zoho Meeting to add a conferencing. When Zoho Meeting is selected under the Add Conference option, a meeting is scheduled in Zoho Meeting, and the meeting link is sent to the attendees' inboxes.
You can access the meeting link either from the invitation card in the inbox or the event view pop-up/ tab in the calendar grid. Apart from that, you can also log in to Zoho Meeting and find the event scheduled as a meeting under the My Meetings section.
