Tip of the week #18: Change the event organizer in Zoho Calendar.
We cannot always be available to conduct an event when we organise one. In these circumstances, you can use
Zoho Calendar to change the event organizer at any moment before the event begins. This way, you can avoid cancelling the event while still taking care of your other priorities.
Changing the Event Organizer
If required, you can change the event organizer of the events you've created. When you change the event organizer, the event ownership will be transferred to the new organizer.
To change an event organizer, log in to
Zoho Calendar. Edit the event that you've created by clicking on the event title in calendar grid. In the edit event tab, click on the
Event info icon. Click on
Change in the
Event organizer pop-up.
Enter the email address of the new organizer in the
Change Owner dialogue box.
The ownership will be transeferred to the new event organizer once he/she confirms using the confirmation mail. Learn more.
