Tip of the Week #33: Appointment scheduler in Zoho Calendar.

In Zoho Calendar, you can use the Schedule Appointment option to share your appointment request form with the public, allowing people to fill out the form to request an appointment with you. This form can be embedded on your website or blog. Visitors can check your availability using the calendar embedded on your website/ blog and fill out the form to request a meeting.

When someone fills out the appointment form on your website/ blog, an email will be sent to your primary email address asking you to confirm the appointment. After you confirm the appointment, it will be added to your calendar as an event. In addition, the person who requested the appointment will be notified that it has been confirmed.

To embed an appointment scheduler from your calendar, right click on the personal calendar to which you want to add the appointments from the My Calendars section. Click Edit. In the Edit Calendar tab, make your calendar public and click on Schedule Appointment. Choose the Language and Color. Copy the embed URL and paste it in your website or blog. Learn more.
