Let’s say you want to automatically assign certain incoming emails to a specific team member. Here’s how you can set up the rule:
  • Trigger:Inbound Messages
    The rule will trigger whenever a new message is received in any of the team's inboxes.
  • Condition:Sender matches a specific email subject line
    You can set one or more conditions. In this case, the rule will check if the subject line matches the words you specify.
  • Action:Assign to (Ken Miles)
    When the condition is met — that is, when an email comes with the word  "payment " in the subject line — the system will automatically assign the message to Ken Miles.
 Once the rule is active, every email with the payment in the subject line will go directly to Ken, ensuring nothing important slips through the cracks!
