Tips and Tricks 4: Viewing current time in an event day
Hello everyone,
Today we'll see how you can go to the current time in your timeline when conducting sessions in your event. Sometimes when you're looking at different sessions across multiple days, it can be inconvenient to jump back to the current time every time you need to view or present upcoming sessions.
Sessions can be presented from the Present Sessions tab, which you can access from the Conduct dashboard in the Event Console. In the Present Sessions tab, you can view sessions across every event day in an active timeline.
Whenever you visit the Present Sessions tab, the timeline will scroll automatically to the current moment and day. Additionally, you will also see a marker moving across the timeline against respective time stamps as each minute progresses. This will help you view any upcoming sessions as soon as you open the tab so you'll be prepared to present them.
If you happen to scroll down the timeline to view other sessions or click on a different day, you can easily come back to the current time. To do this, click the Go to current time icon [
] in the top-left corner of the timeline.
