Tips and Tricks 3: Address conflicts in speaker time

We know preparing for your event comes with a myriad set of problems. For one thing, planning your agenda is a lot like putting together a puzzle. A lot goes into planning it, as it's what will tell your attendees the story of your event.
One of the most common issues that occur when building the agenda is a conflict in speaker times. The entire agenda might be planned out before you notice that you've scheduled a speaker to speak at two sessions in the same time slot. And it can take quite some time to rework the schedule to fix the overlap.
Intuitive agenda building with Backstage
Zoho Backstage's intuitive agenda builder makes planning your event's schedule so much easier by notifying you of speaker overlaps right away. It shows a notification at the bottom of the screen to alert you about the number of overlaps in speaker time. You can click on the notification to see a list of speakers that have been scheduled for simultaneous sessions.
Furthermore, you can click on the speaker's avatar to highlight the sessions they're a part of. The notification will remain until the conflict is resolved, so you can take your time in making the changes to the program.
