Tips and Tricks #09: Import and Export Presentations

Hello everyone!
We're back again with Zoho Show's tip of the week. 



Zoho Show is a presentation tool that helps transform static presentations into engaging slides that tell a story. If you have an existing Powerpoint file (.PPT or .PPTx), you can easily import it to Zoho Show and use all the features available to further enhance and embellish your presentations.

Additionally, you can also easily export or download your presentations as Powerpoint or PDF files that can be made viewable and editable on other applications and devices. 

To import a presentation:

1. Click the File menu in the top bar, then select Import from the dropdown list.

 
2. Click Choose File and select the desired file you want to import (e.g., a file saved on your computer).
 
 
3. Finally, click Import.
Once the file imports successfully, click the presentation name to open your imported presentation. 
 


Note that you can import (.ppt, .pps, .odp, .sxi, .pptx, .ppsx) file types and the maximum file upload size is up to 100MB.
To export a presentation:
1. Open the File menu, and click Download As. 2. Choose your export file format. You can export presentations in .pptx, .odp, .ppsx, .html, .zslides and .pdf file formats.
