What's new in Zoho Cliq - June 2022

Hi all,
 
As we enter into the second half of 2022, we would like to highlight a few features that went live in June 2022.
 
Sort channels in alphabetical order  
We have now introduced the option to sort your channels in alphabetical order. If you are a user who has a multitude of channels, you can sort them accordingly.
Here's how you can sort channels in alphabetical order:
  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Channels.
  2. Click the sorting icon next to the search bar and choose "Alphabetical order".


 

Multi-account support in iOS  
You can now manage all your Cliq accounts from one place in your Cliq iOS app. You do not have to switch tabs to stay on top of all your Cliq accounts as you'll be posted with all notifications in the Cliq mobile app.
To add multiple accounts in your Cliq iOS app:
  1. Click on your Profile, select Add Account and log in with your credentials. Your account will be added under the Profiles list.



Note:
  • You can add up to 5 accounts using this feature.
  • To navigate to your profile section, swipe right from your home screen.
  • Unread or missed notifications will appear next to your profile name.
  • To remove an account, sign-out from the particular account.
  • Users can manage personal and business accounts in a single app.

 

DND for iOS  
The DND mode that was available in the web version of Cliq is now available in your iOS device too. It allows you to turn off all push notifications in Cliq. You can now schedule and manage the DND mode from within your Cliq iOS device .
 
Here's how you can enable DND mode in your iOS:
  1. Go to Settings and select Do Not Disturb.


  1. Here you can pause all push notifications by choosing  your preferred DND time.
  2. You can also schedule your quiet time by choosing a  DND under Quiet days, you can enable DND automatically for 24 hours on the chosen days.



Note:

  • To quickly set the DND mode, long press the Cliq app and select DND.
Edit images on the go  
Edit your images before sending them to your colleagues on your iOS device using the new Edit image feature. You can now crop, rotate, flip, zoom in/out images and change the ratio of the image while sharing it.



All new revamped file preview
You can now pane, rotate, and zoom in/out on images and files when previewing them. In the image below, you will see that there is an option to zoom in/out (in the bottom-left corner), a rotate icon to change the direction of the image, and an edit option.

          Is there a way to set the character limit higher on multi-line fields so that we are not losing information pasted into the field?
