Hi,

I'm using Zoho Assist with feature remote support session.

I'm inviting a end user to a remote support session. When a user connects to a Zoho Assist remote support session we’re seeing Windows Security Alert pop up requesting changes to the firewall.

We've only recently switched to Zoho Assist from AnyDesk. 

Can Zoho Assist run without making changes to the computer? I want to stop this pop up.

I can’t make any changes to the end user’s computer because I don’t admin rights. The end user also doesn’t have any admin rights to his computer.
