Zoho Writer offers different views for you to work with the document.
- Page View
- Full Screen View
- Web View
- Fixed View
Each view serves a particular purpose, as described below. To switch views, you can click an icon in the status bar or click View Tab and switch to any required view.
1. Page View
In Page View, Document is split into pages and shown as equivalent pieces of paper with physical breaks between pages. One advantage of working in this view is that margins, page content, footnotes, headers, and footers correspond to the printed output.
2. Full Screen View
Full Screen View provides more space to edit your documents in by hiding the menus and the toolbar. Full Screen view is especially useful for proofing documents, as well as reading ones you download or receive as email attachments.
3. Web View
Web View to create, view, and edit pages as they'll appear online when opened in a browser. If you do not want margins, and want the content to occupy the full width of screen you can use this Web View.
4. Fixed View (Draft View)
While creating drafts, working in Fixed view is faster as we do not create physical pages and breaks are drawn. Fixed view displays a document as a continuous text scroll.
