zoho cliq - DateTime Auto detection

zoho cliq - DateTime Auto detection

Hi there, I saw that whenever I send or receive any chats in cliq, it always highlights the words like, Monday, friday, June 20, today, tomorrow,.. always highlights and when clicked asks for three options to set reminder,.
So I want to know is this auto detected date time, how to do this, I am actually trying to build a extension for cliq, where i need to retrieve date time objects from all chats, so it would be simple for me if i just get those auto detected dates, 
So is that possible to get those auto detected from any api of retreive message, channel, chats or anything ?
