Zoho CRM Contacts Not Syncing to Zoho Thrive Loyalty Program

Hello Zoho Support Team,


I am currently facing an issue regarding the integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Thrive in the Loyalty Program. Specifically, the Customers section in Zoho Thrive remains empty, even though I have multiple contacts available in Zoho CRM. Here are the details:

I have successfully added 5 custom fields in Zoho CRM as per the integration instructions.

The contacts are visible and available in Zoho CRM, but they do not appear in the Zoho Thrive Loyalty Program under the Customers section.

I have followed all the steps in the Zoho integration guide, but the synchronization does not seem to be working.


Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this issue? Is there any additional configuration or setup needed to ensure the sync between Zoho CRM and Zoho Thrive works correctly?
