The last two months, we worked on updates that we believe will make a big impact on the way you work. From scheduling video interviews via MS Teams/Google Meet to making Slack available for customers across all regions, we have our eyes turned towards improving functionalities that are just required.
Read on to learn about everything we shipped last month.
You can now integrate your Google Meet or MS teams for scheduling video interviews. This update helps you schedule video interviews with Google Meet or MS teams, while also assigning multiple interviewers for a video interview.
Note:
1. You need to enable Office 365/Google Calendar sync to start using this feature. (Setup > General > Calendar Settings)
2. This integration is available in the Enterprise, People plus, and Zoho One customers.
a) CRM Integration
When you sync data from your CRM account, existing field values in Recruit are overwritten. If a record in Recruit account has a field that is filled but the same field is empty in CRM, then the field in Recruit gets updated with the empty value from CRM during sync. Hence, we've introduced a toggle to prevent filled fields being updated with empty values.
b) Import from Spreadsheet
When you import data from a spreadsheet, existing field values in your Zoho Recruit account are overwritten. If a record in Recruit account has a field that is filled but the corresponding column in the spreadsheet is empty, then the field gets updated with the empty value. Hence, we've introduced a checkbox to prevent filled fields being updated with empty values.
