We have updated our Zoho Sprints app with some interesting features and product enhancements for the second quarter. Here's a quick overview of them.

Roles and Profiles

You can now designate roles and define the level of access for every team member through profiles. This helps you to authorize and control their activities within a team efficiently. Learn More about configuring roles and profiles.

User Groups

You can now group users based on their roles and profiles. They can also be grouped generally. This feature comes handy when you'd like to notify only a certain set of people in your team. Click here to learn about configuring User Groups.

Chatlet

Chatlet feature allows you to create a group chat and converse with the fellow users in the team. This option is available for Backlog , Board , and Release Management sections. Whenever the user needs to have a discussion, he can simply create a chat group with the respective users. Learn More about configuring this feature.

Date range for Custom Views

Zoho Sprints now lets you choose a specific date range while creating custom views.

Sprint Process Time Report

This report calculates and displays the amount of time taken to complete each sprint in a chosen date frame. This helps you to analyse and plan future sprints.

Clone Sprints and Epics

When you have to create sprints and epics similar to the existing ones, you can just clone them. Zoho Sprints now supports cloning of sprints and epics.
