Chatlet lets you chat with the other users in your portal. This feature is available for various modules within the portal thus letting you have a conversation then and there .
Available Plans : All plans
A maximum of 100 chatlets can be created in each module.
Click the item for which you'd like to start a conversation.
Click the chat icon on the right corner.
By default the name of your item appears in the Name field. You can retain the same or edit it.
Assigned users will be added as participants by default . You can add more participants if you want.
Click Create. Your chat l et has now been created.
You can access this conversation whenever you want. If you would like to create an additional channel, click +Chat Channel .
Go to the respective Sprint and click Start Conversation to create a chatlet.
You can give a title to your chatlet.
Sprint users will be added as participants by default . You can add further participants and click Create .
Click on the Start Conversation option under the release to create a chatlet.
Sprint owners whose sprints are associated with the release are selected as chatlet participants by default.
Sprint owners list varies depending on the "Show all sprints" option on the release details page.
Chatlets can be created from the Projects users page and the Portal users page .
This error occurs when you have let the Name field empty. Provide a name for your chat channel.
