Zoho Writer to Zoho Sign Template Misalignment – Request for Community
We are currently facing a critical issue impacting our live business operations due to a misalignment problem between Zoho Writer templates and Zoho Sign output.
Issue Summary:
We have an automated workflow in Zoho CRM using Deluge scripts that generates documents via Zoho Writer and sends them for e-signature via Zoho Sign. This integration was working flawlessly until recently.
However, we’ve started noticing that:
The original Zoho Writer template is perfectly formatted.
But the final document rendered in Zoho Sign is misaligned, causing major disruption in our client-facing processes.
This has broken our production workflow and is delaying essential document sign-offs.
