Is Zoho Transmail a supported product?
My account has been pending review for over six weeks. Accordingly, transactional email has ceased and presented its own challenges and lost opportunities. This was implemented over others because it was included in Zoho One - but support has been non-existent.

Hello, Is it correct that TransMail does not (yet) allow for template creation? Is it possible to use Zoho Campaigns for the templates and then send them with TransMail? If not - what application do you recommend to use to create templates and then send

Organizational email addition problem: cannot get confirm code sent to email - Please help
Zoho Customer support - please help. I am using ZOHO CRM. I am trying to add an additional organizational email. When I click "resend" to get the confirmation code email - it never shows up in the inbox. I've tried numerous times but the email and confirmation code never arrives, so I cannot confirm the email I'm trying to add. What can i do?? I've included a picture to help resolve the issue.
