New Zoho Calendar add Other Calendars
Where have the settings gone in the NEW calendar? How do I add other peoples ical calendars? I can't find how to import. I can only find settings that apply to email.
Calendar not functioning properly--cannot add recipients/attendees or edit existing events
Hello, My calendar is acting strange. I'm using Chrome as my browser and pop ups are not blocked (the calendar worked fine yesterday). When creating an event, I'm not able to "edit" the event and add attendees, etc. The link is non-responsive. I cannot edit existing events either. I had to resort to sending an invite via my Android phone and it's not updated on the Zoho calendar either. I've been relying on and using the calendar for years, this is odd. Timezone in Outlook
Hi team, When I am scheduling some time in my Zoho Calendar, for example: an 8pm meeting every Monday (GMT-6), it is shown as an 8pm meeting every Monday, however, when I use ical to show that Zoho calendar in my Outlook, it says that is a 9pm meeting every Monday. My Outlook is set at GMT-6 too. Do you know what an I missing? Thousand thanks! Luis
Zoho Calendar Bug
I think I've tracked the issue with syncing between Zoho Calendar and Google Calendar. It seems to be related to monthly repeating events. If I create an event with any monthly repeating option either in Zoho or Google, the event won't sync to the other platform. If I create an event with that doesn't repeat or repeats weekly it seems to do fine.
Deleted events not deleted from ical
Hi, I am importing Zoho ical-Link into Google to have all my events on my Android phone. 1) if I add an event in Zoho it will sooner or later appear in Google aswell. But if I delete an event (which happens quite often) it will stay in ical / google . I checked the ical file in Outlook and the deleted events are still there. My google calendar is a chaos now including loads of postponed events. 2) I can add events from email invitations. But if this event already exists and I receive an invitation

Tasks in Calendar has not been updated for some time now. If you change a task nothing happens in Calendar.
Zoho Calendar dropping attendee names from the list
Hi, We are experiencing a problem with Zoho Calendar: When setting up a meeting if we add external email address as attendees, those people recieve the calendar invitation but their names drop off the Zoho calendar entry - only our internal attendees appear. This is happening repeatedly and makes it impossible to track who has been invited to a meeting! Please help
event requisition time calcs incorrect ?
I am have embedded an event requisition form on a website. The calendar is in LA where it is now 8am The user is in Toronto where it is now 11am If I try to submit a request for today at 2pm I get Error: Appointment time should be greater than or equal to current time. As you can see 2pm is greater than both 8am and 11am The earliest I can request is 4pm It appears as though it is converting the request time from local time to calendar time and then comparing to local time. Even that can't be right
Zoho Mail crash when adding event to shared calendar (iOS)
I've got a shared calendar that any users can add events on the desktop version, but when we try to add an event on the Zoho Mail App (tested on IOS version only), we fill in the details and click add Save - the app crashes and the event doesn't get added. I've tried searching the forums and google with no help, I've deleted and reinstalled the app but it still happens. I can add an event to my own calendar, then edit it and change it to the shared one and that works.
Cannot see shared public calendar
Hi, I have an iCal link to a public calendar, but after adding it to Zoho events do not show up in the calendar view. Could I be doing sth wrong, or is it a bug? Regards
Unable to remove one event from a series of repeating events.
My client uses Zoho with a gmail account and is unable to delete a single event from a series of repeating events. The settings are as follows: This is a repeating all day event that repeats every week on a Tuesday for 12 times. We delete the event, choose to affect only this event and it disappears. On webpage refresh or sign in/out, it returns. I've tried this on another Zoho account and the issue does not occur. What do you recommend? Thanks.
None of my Saturday appts show up on Calendar
My Calendar seems to have a number of glitches that have only shown up in the last two weeks. I can't make any appts on Saturdays and the Saturday date number doesn't show up in the corresponding Saturday boxes. ?? Please advise! Thanks
Google calendar problem
I'm able to link my zoho and google accounts however the calendar list on the zoho sync setup only shows calendars created with google. It does not show calendars added to google by URL. Is there really no way of showing my exchange/imap calendar in zoho?
Is Google Calendar Sync Working?
I entered a Zoho calendar item at 7:xx AM MDT. It's now 1:18 PM AM MDT and the item still hasn't shown up in Google (nor have some other items). I thought syncing had lost connection or whatever so I disabled it and restarted it. (I hope I haven't broken anything). Then I was reading online that the sync frequency is every 6 hours. Is that correct? If so, that's horrible. If I enter a calendar item for late this afternoon it won't show up until after the event is past. What's going on here? How do
Smart Add Feature
Greetings I did the calendar Tour a few days ago. Now when I log in, the calendar feature "Smart Add" have dissapeared or has been hidden, and I can´t find it. And I remember working with it, or at least when I did the Tour. Would like to know if Zoho, for some reason have removed it.

I read this link: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/calendar/create-new-calendar.html But I dont se the button to add a New Calendar in any of the two options. Is this feature only for Enterprise Users? I have the Professional License.

Zoho Calender problem
I am creating events in Zoho CRM (I am an administrator) - I can see the event in Zoho Calender - However it will not let me add attendees (on the right side) - When I attempt to it says "unable to process your request" because I have insufficient privileges to perform this operation and to contact my administrator. However if I create the event first in Zoho calender I do not have this problem - However when I do that it does not show in Zoho CRM (I have to create the lead first) Can you advise
CHILEAN Time Zone Conflict (-4 GTM)
Dear Support, We have a really weird administration at our goverment here in Chile, the president decided not to change the hour for winter, to patch this BUG we are currently using the TIME ZONE -3 GTM like Brasil and ARG, The ZOHO Chilean's users had to change time zone from -4 GTM to -3 GTM (brasil sao paulo) in order to be able to use time notification correctly. can you validate this info and fix the Chilean Time Zone configuration , is this possible ? We have two more years of this goverment
Repeats not working
On some of my appointments I get the following small logo next to the time: What does it mean? Furthermore on each one of the appointments where this small logo appears, I can't add any "Repeats". The drop down menu just won't appear when I click on it. I am therefore assuming that the above logo next to the time is linked to my not being able to add repeats to these appointments. Thanks in advance for your help.
Calendar Order
We are having a little trouble getting the calendar to display each day in order starting with the earliest event. How do we got about resolving this issue. I've attached a screen shot to help display what our current results are.

Calendar Import Fail
Hi, I've exported my google calendar in ICS format but I am unable to import it into Zoho Calendar. Looking at the console I see a 400 - Bad Request and the response shows "Sorry we are unable to process your request. Please try again later." but this error is not displayed on the page.

Task Calendar not showing properly
Im a new user on Zoho and since a couple of days that Im here Ive noticed a lot of bugs. One of them I describe here: Some tasks I added are still not showing on my Task Calendar, and other tasks I removed more then 12h ago are still there. Is that a common problem? Is it maybe connected with current server problems?
Sharing calendar to Google calendar
Hi, I'm trying to share my private agenda to a Google inbox, this doesn't work well (or at all) however. Things I did: Calendar > Settings > My calendars, Share > Enable private address for this calendar > Copied the iCal address > imported through URL in Google calendar. The calendar gets imported, although faulty. For example I just deleted a reoccurring event and added another single event that day. Both however show up in the calendar in Google. Also updates to the calendar in Zoho are not displayed
Events not showing on some embedded calendars
We use Zoho calendar on our webpage to show events for our users. On our home page, we provide a short 3 day view of events, and on our calendar page, we show agenda, weekly, and monthly view of events. Events for tomorrow (Feb. 1) are showing on all three calendars on our calendar page, but not on our home page. I've tested be creating new events. Events added in Zoho Calender are updated as tasks in CRM Calender (loses times)
We are trying to use Zoho Calendar to manage users schedules versus the CRM calendar (difficult to view and navigate). A calendar has been created for each for each user. To have the event show up in the CRM we must create the task with the "App. Calendar" which loses the ability to differentiate owners through color in "Zoho Calendar" which makes scheduling extremely difficult. I keep getting kicked out of the program to the sign in screen
This is happening with Calendar, Notes, and ANY other Apps I try to access. When in Calendar when I advance the month I get kicked to the sign in screen. When I go to add pages or cut and paste to Notes I get kicked to the sign in screen. I tried to make a pdf and got kicked to the sign in screen. This is getting beyond annoying. It is really starting to piss me off. The program seems to be full of glitches. What is going on. This happens on an i5 laptop with 8.1, i7 desktop with 8.1. HELP
"Event Requisition" Reason length error missing
When requesting an appointment using the HTML snippet for event requisition, the "Reason" which becomes the title is limited to 100 characters. As a title, 100 is a fine limit. However the user interface is lacking an edit. You click "Send" and nothing happens (I was using Chrome). Very confusing and and can ultimately become frustrating.
Lost calendar data
I was scrolling (rapidly) through the months to get to 2020 to add an entry (which is there no year selector?) and all data disappeared from my calendar - I sincerely hope you have a backup facility somewhere!

We have taken a lot of time to get over some Glitches with date setup to enable us to put a lot of IMPORTANT info on the ZoHo Calender & now it is Unavailable ?? Maybe you are are fixing it ? our friends's ZoHo seems to be unaffected.
Embeded calendar displays 'busy' rather than event title when not logged into Zoho

Outlook 2007 now missing Zoho Calendar Sync
I have been using Zoho Calendar sync on my Outlook 2007 for months (LOVE IT) but today I opened my Outlook Calendar and was missing the Sync and log. I have uninstalled it and then reinstalled but Zoho is still missing. Come tomorrow I will be lost without it as I'm mobile every other day.
recurring meeting when workdays are set from Sunday to Thursday
Hi, In my Calendar the workdays are set from Sunday to Thursday. The first day of the week is also set to Sunday. I want to set a recurring meeting to happened on all workdays. That means from Sunday to Thursday. In the recurring dialog, I chose the wordays options, but the meeting is set to Monday to Friday. I think this is a bug, but please help me to find a workaround Thanks
Repeat Appt Not Updateing In A Subscribed Calendar
I am having an issue with repeat appt on the Zoho Calendar. If the repeat appt gets changed, the changes will reflect in an embedded calendar, but will NOT change/update in a shared calendar. How can this be fixed?
Hyperlinks
My calendar is totally public, but when I try to embed a hyperlink -- just a plain old garden-variety hyperlink -- in my wordpress.com site, it malfunctions and takes the user to the Zoho home page and asks for a login. I've tried the string provided in the settings for hyperlinking. Failing that I tried both the embed code and the ical URL. What's up with this calendar and how can I make this displaying work? I AM able to use the ical feed to create wordpress event list shortcodes, but I cannot
Unable to add event in Other Calendar
For some reason I'm unable to add an event on my 'Other Calendar'. Even when I only have that calendar ticked for viewing the calendar dropdown for both Add and Edit only shows my default calendar (attached is a screenshot). Is there any setting I need to change to enable this?
