Any way to add customers to a specific group that receives a pre-defined series of emails over a course of several months?
I am trying to create a flow or an "if, then..." email tree, so that when a customer buys a product from our site, they are put into a specific group that would automatically receive several updates/follow-ups from us over the next few months at specific intervals. I noticed that Zoho Flow doesn't integrate with Woo Commerce, our site's store. Is this something that can be done with Campaigns and Flow?

Can I see who has unsubscribed?
I am getting ready to send my first campaign. I created a subscriber list with just my e-mail address because I wanted to test the unsubscribe function. After unsubscribing, I went to my subscribers list, which now shows no contacts and one unsubscriber. But I can't see who unsubscribed. I need to be able to see this for other purposes. How can I see the e-mail addresses of unsubscribers?

I use Outlook. I want to save an email in a note form and have the gifs animate and not be static, when I share the note. This is the case for Evernote. Does Zoho offer this feature? Can Zoho be an add-in for Outlook to save an email as a note, with an animated gif, ready to share? If so, what are the steps, does it cost anything?

I would like to use the Zoho campaign and Zoho CRM with integration. If customer would request to delete from the list in the mail sent by Zoho Campaign, I would like to link this opt-out information to the contacts of Zoho CRM as well. How can I achieve the above needs?

In Zoho Campaing, can we send individual emails to select ones > I have realized the use of features, while working on the campaign reports. at time people cant find the email, while talking on call. so this customer wanted to look at the campaing email i had sent some 10 days ago. Had there be any option to resend the email to that single client, i would have done so right on that single call. trust you would understand it, and bring in a feature addition.

When in Zoho campaigns I go to settings and it shows I am connected to CRM. I struggle with setting up my list for campaigns from Zoho leads. I think it is a process question cause I start from zoho leads and get lost after starting up lists then end up having to generate them separately in zoho campaign. Email Template Editor - Button Suggestion
I noticed that only the text is clickable on the button once the email is sent. The colored button area is not clickable. In a medium where the point is to get them to click over to something, I think this would be an important feature to have. Not to mention it doesn't work how people normally think a button should function. I can do a workaround and make the button an image, but that kind of defeats the purpose of having an easily insertable/editable button. Thanks for your time.

I am working on some automation in ZohoCampaigns. My goals are: 1: If a contact in list A opens an email, they would be automatically moved to list B AND/OR 2: If a contact in list A clicks on a link in an email they would be automatically moved to list C I can see how to send autoresponders to people who click on links, and I can see how to change lists based on criteria in fields, but I cannot see how to change lists based on actions! Blank lines not respected in iOS 11 (iPhone).
My Zoho Campaigns email is formatted with a blank line between each paragraph. This displays correctly in all tested browsers on the desktop. But on the phone, in iOS 11.X, there are no blank lines so the email looks awful and unreadable.
