Hi, one of the major reasons I want to use Zoho Invoice was because of the auto-generating invoice numbers and associated statistics! However, the government made the invoice formatting mandatory, and I need to find out if its possible to make this work somehow? The Prefix is R1 (associated with an LTD. and taxation) is OK but, I need the auto generated invoice number (next number) to be followed by a constant /S1/1 e.g. Invoice numbers (max 999 a year). 001/S1/1, 002/S1/1, 003/S1¸/1, etc. (numbering

I would to have Zoho Invoice send an email (reminder) when I have a land lease payment due, based on Recurring Expenses "Next Expense Date". I am trying to accomplish this by creating a Workflow Automation rule. The problem that I am having is I don't have a trigger for this action. I just paid for a Basic Account. Can I send from more than 1 e-mail address. I tried to add 2 more E-mail addresses, but the Zoho e-mail message sent to me did not have a button. Hi there! I am considering becoming a user of ZOHO invoice. Very happy with the system but I am missing one feature. I would like to add a price including VAT but is currently only seems possible to add VAT exclusive on top of the product price. Can anyone let me know if this feature is possible at all? I have been testing the system, and now wish to start using it for real business transactions. I have management to delete invoices, but need to delete all totals as well as receipts related to invoices , how can I do this? (Basically I want to reset everything in the account to zero)

Hi, I didn't realize I had an old Zoho account, attached to an old email address. I also have an account with my current email address. I created the portal for Invoicing in the wrong account. I didn't realize I should have renamed it before I deleted old account. I am unable to create it in the newer account, because it saying it is already taken. Please advise.

Hello, I'm about to buy a subscription for Zoho invoice as it seems really good, but I am not able to find a way to make things work like this: I'd like to have two kinds of invoices/estimate: 1. "normal" invoice. Eg.: Cost of service = 1000 € IVA (22%) = 220 € TOTAL = 1220 € I'd like to have the possibility to enter the cost of the service (tax exclusive) or the total (tax inclusive), but for some reason with the latest option I always get Cost for service = TOTAL. 2. I think that you can make an interesting feature for Invoice: posibility to split your clients in groups. That is good if you want to sort all clients that are billing each 2 months, the clients that need a reccursive bill etc.
Timers dont really workout well for me?
Hey, I currently use Zoho for invoices and an iPhone app for tracking time as Zoho doesn't really work how I would prefer. My workflow is that I have numerous clients, all pay a different hourly rate - but I dont really have projects - i just need to clock in and clock out and generate an invoice. The zoho time logging only works if you have a project - I could make a project for every single client but then It just gets too messy. Is there a possibility of soho changing how timers work in the future

How do I make the time spent on a task to show in the time column when creating an invoice.
Hi Zoho, I have created a project where each task is time based in minutes. For example. I have had a phone conversation with a customer, which took 15 minutes. Then I used the android to record the activity. I scroll the time duration and then set it to 15 minutes, enter the details and then save. At the end of the month, when I try to create an invoice, I need to be able to show each event in the record. This works fine, but the problem is that in the time column, it either show "0" or "1".

Is it possible to automatically pay to the sales person a percentage of the invoice associated to him? wrong sales by article report
why on my "sales by article" Report i see (let's say) a 30k when in the Dashboard the "total sales" value is like 60k? I think that the report of sales by article feature is bugged because the total sales value is correct. Or maybe i am missing something?
Roles and Users - Other users see pay rate
Hello Zoho Invoice, When using the time tracking feature does each user have access to the other users' pay rate? When you click on a project, and view the content by User the pay rate is listed. Do the other users see this as well? If so, how do you prevent this? Thanks, Teresa
