Control Panel still ask to verify SPF Records after DNS TXT Update
Had updated the DNS record as per Zoho requirement. However Zoho control panel still has SPF records unverified error. MXtoolbox shows that DNS record for domain infocus.com.my is correct. https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=mx%3ainfocus.com.my&run=toolpage Our domain admin also verified that TXT string has been added. Please assist to verify on below TXT info.

Paid Lite Account w/Custom Domain and SMTP
I have a paid lite mail account with 6 users. Some of the users want to use other clients (e.g., GMail). I know there are several ways to set this up. What I have done is to forward everything to their gmail and now I'm trying to put their GMAIL to send as which requires me to plug in the zoho smtp. No matter what I do, I get an unauthorized error. smtp.zoho.com 465/SSL User name= userid@xxx_domain.com Pw = my log in password Google can't authenticate on that. I have POP/IMAP turned on and everything

Hi. I'm having problem setting up my domain (from GoDaddy) to use Zoho email. It said the MX and DKIM domain is not setup. I added both already in DNS manager of GoDaddy. Would ZB code expired? I added it long time ago. Please confirm my ZB code as I can't find it anyway. Also I also added DKIM already. I can't verify it. Thanks!

Email account blocked due to disk space
Guys I've been trying desperatly to get help on this. One of my main accounts have been blocked and deactivated because the account is using too much space. I have a 25GB space addon which I pay for every month and is all applied to this account. This 25GB is now no longer on my account for some reason, eventhough I paid for it already this month. Please I need this account for my business. I am not receiving any emails!
I changed server for Hostagator, but now my email doesn't work.

Hello Could someone help me delete a super admin account? When I created the zoho account, I created an account called admin@mydomain.com. Then I raised my walter.santos@mydomain.com account to super admin, but even though it's super admin I can't delete the admin account. Unable to add external user to a group
I´ve created a public group within my Org for communications, with a general email address. However, I want to add an external user to that group, but I´m no able to do so. It should be sending an invitation for that user, but no email is being sent for that user (spam folder was already checked by the person who should be the recipient´s invitation. My Spam control SPF verification settings are set to "Move to Quarantine" because I would like to catch the emails that are not really spam to be still deliver by hand. Best solution to monitor a terminated employees email account?
Hi, I am looking for the best solution to monitor a terminated employees account for awhile as suspected fraud is going on. I changed the password immediately but can they just reset it somehow? I chose the option Sign-out from all devices but did not choose the option for them to change the password at next login. Does this keep them out? Do I delete their account and use their email as an alias in the admin account so that we can receive their emails? Any suggestions would be appreciated. This

CNAME
Hi, I recently changes my DNS. This has disconnected my emails. When I log into my cPanel to change the CNAME the pop up box asks for 2 things 'nam' and 'CNAME'. I cannot just add the CNAME 'zmverify.zoho.com' without adding the 'name'. From my research it looks as though I need my zb***** code. Can you provide this or let me how I can fix this problem. It is vital I get this sorted as all emails are down.

Migrating from Zimbra
I'm trying to migrate from my self hosted zimbra to Zoho, but facing some issues. After I've configured everything on Zoho, the process of migration is getting me mad. I've set up a POP config and while adding accounts to import, I get this error : "Les détails d’authentification fournis ont été rejetés par le serveur Source. Veuillez fournir un nom d’utilisateur ou un mot de passe valid" Although I provided the right username and password, I'm still getting authentication error. Thank you for helping.

Hi, as per the title i have set up my DKIM in my WHM (cpanel) DNS manager. I can not get it to validate from the zoho control panel yet third party checkers all say its valid. I get this error message in Zoho : We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 mins for the changes to propagate and try again. Any ideas? thanks in advance, anthony

Can't Change the SuperAdmin
When I set up the account and created the username, I didn't know that it was going to be the super admin account. I want the only super admin account to be me, and I don't want to leave this other account in here just taking up space. Is there anyway to transfer the permission or role of super admin to another user so that I can delete the one that I no longer want. I've tried to delete and i've tried to set it as a user instead of admin, but each time I do any of these, it says that it's not allowed.
Can't find "Add User" option in Zoho One Mail control panel
Hi, I am currently in tryout period for the Zoho One suite. For the time being I am the sole user, but I intend to manage 3 domains under it, alzamon.com, naranjactiva.design and naranjactiva.com. I have followed all the steps, The DNS has been correctly updated in shop[ofy according to the steps provided by ZOHO. Reuse accidentally deleted username
Hello I've messaged support a couple of times, but from the replies I've had I don't think they understood the problem (it's not a logon problem)... I accidentally added the alias chair@ to the wrong e-mail user (admin@) and then deleted it immediately. On trying to add it to the correct user (chairs@) I get the error message "The email address you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region.
