Bom dia. Ontem tentei cadastrar o dominio otricomunica.com.br porem o SMS de confirmação demorou a chegar. Tentei cadastrar novamente. Ao informar o email fabio@otricomunica.com.br disse que o telefone já existia. Hoje finalmente consegui cadastrar o dominio. Porem o sistema diz que o email fabio@otricomunica.com.br já existe e não pertence a minha organização. Como faço para excluir o email fabio@otricomunica.com.br e depois adicionar este mesmo email em minha organização? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I did all correct, but still i got this message " We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 mins for the changes to propagate and try again." - I see many people have same problem... zoho._domainkey.wooden-heaven.com I copy txt value, paste in into TXT section, save, all okay. I am receiving an error while trying to add a domain in control panel. This is the first time I am doing the setup and this is the first domain I'm adding here. Incoming and Outgoing disabled
One of the mail users incoming / outgoing mail is disabled. When I see the user in control panel, I see incoming / outgoing disabled in red. When I try and enable it, I get the error message: Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. gerardo@acresdeamor.org is the email address.
