1.参加者リストのエクスポート
適用範囲:エッセンシャル、プレミアム、アルティメットプラン
登録フォームから削除された項目も含めて参加者データをエクスポートできるようになりました。
これにより、後からフォームを変更しても、過去に入力された情報を失わずに保存・確認が可能です。
使い方
「登録」>「出席者」に移動
「エクスポート」をクリック
「削除されたフィールドを含める」を選択
削除された項目は「{項目名}_Deleted」として出力されるようになり、現在アクティブなフィールドと区別しながら、
レビューやレポート目的で履歴データを利用できるようになります。
2. 予約メールに添付ファイルを追加
適用範囲:エッセンシャル、プレミアム、アルティメットプラン
予約送信メールに画像添付が可能になりました。これにより、事前の情報共有がよりスムーズになります。
使い方
- Communicate > メール > 予約メール > Create New Email
- オプション > Add Attachment を選択
- イベントやスペースのライブラリからファイルをアップロード
添付ファイルはプレビューでも確認できます。
また、ライブラリから削除されたファイルは「削除済み」と表示されるため、送信前にミスを防ぐことが可能です。
3. セッションの詳細を登壇者のメールに追加
適用範囲:全てのプラン
セッションの日時や場所などの情報がメールに自動で含まれるようになりました。
主な変更点
ウェルカムメール(Welcome speaker)に、担当セッションの詳細が追加されました
セッション更新メール(Session updated)が新登場。割り当てや内容の変更があると、自動で通知されます。
メールは、変更内容に応じて新規セッションセクション、更新セッションセクション、またはその両方が表示されます。

4. 登録フォームへの日時(Time)項目追加
適用範囲: 以下の通りフォームの種類によって異なります
- 登録フォーム :プレミアム、アルティメットプラン
- カスタムフォーム: アルティメットプラン
- 出展者 リクエスト フォーム (Exhibitor Request Form) :プレミアム、アルティメットプラン

- セッションフィードバックフォーム :エッセンシャル、プレミアム、アルティメットプラン
参加者から希望時間帯や到着予定時刻などの時間指定データを簡単に収集できるようになりました。
12時間/24時間形式の選択や、入力可能な時間範囲の制限も設定可能。表示形式は、イベント設定に基づいて自動で反映されます。
活用例
□ 1対1商談予約の調整:
展示会やカンファレンスなどで、商談希望時間を事前に受付し、営業担当との調整に活用。
□ 来場時間の分散:
混雑を避けるため、来場希望時間帯を取得し、受付体制の最適化などの円滑な運営に活かす。
