今回は「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中から承認プロセス機能のアップデートをご紹介します。
承認プロセス機能では今回新たに3つの機能が追加され、これまで以上にデータ承認の柔軟性・透明性・機能性が向上しました。

1. 承認オプションの拡充
承認者を2ステップ以上設定した上で「承認者の範囲」で「すべての承認者」を選択した際の機能が拡充されました。
承認者として「役職」や「グループ」などの複数人を含むカテゴリを設定した場合、各ステップで個別に承認方式を選ぶことができます。
ステップごとに「すべての承認者による承認」または「いずれかの承認者による承認」を任意で選択することが可能です。

2. 承認階層設定
組織の階層は「設定>一般>組織設定>階層設定」の画面から設定できます。選択できる階層は以下の2種類です。

「直属の上司による階層」を選択した場合の「承認プロセス」設定画面での承認の流れ:
1ステップ目:直属の上司、CEOまたは管理者による承認
2ステップ目:直属の上司の上司による承認
直属の上司がいないユーザーの場合は、以下のいずれかから承認者を選部ことが可能です:
また「承認プロセス」の設定画面では、承認方法は「いずれかの承認者」または「すべての承認者」から選択できます。ここで選択した階層設定は、すべての承認プロセスに適用されます。
3. 承認待ち状態でのデータ編集機能の追加
承認プロセス中のデータ編集が可能になりました。承認待ちの状態でも情報の更新や修正ができます。
承認プロセスに管理者を設定することで、組織の規模に関わらず、承認作業の効率化と遅延防止が実現できます。
