Add Actions for Managing Shared Mailbox Access in Zoho Flow

I hope you're doing well.

Currently, in Zoho Flow, we can automate various actions related to Zoho Mail, but there is no action available to add or remove a user from a shared mailbox.

Feature Request:

We would like Zoho Flow to include actions for managing shared mailbox access in Zoho Mail, so that:

  1. When a new user is created in Zoho One, we can automatically add them to a shared mailbox via Zoho Flow.
  2. When a user is removed or moved to a different department, we can automatically revoke their access to the shared mailbox via Zoho Flow.

Use Case:

  • When onboarding new employees, we use Zoho Flow to assign them to the correct tools and permissions. However, since there is no action for managing shared mailboxes in Zoho Flow, we have to manually add them to the relevant mailboxes in Zoho Mail.
  • Likewise, when an employee changes roles, we need to manually revoke their access.

Suggested Solution:

  • Add "Add User to Shared Mailbox" and "Remove User from Shared Mailbox" actions in Zoho Flow for Zoho Mail.

This feature would greatly improve automation for user management and reduce manual effort when provisioning or deprovisioning user access to shared mailboxes.
